Mission

Fondy CARES (Community Access Responding and Empowering Students) will build strong relationships with community partners to overcome barriers to quality mental health support.

Vision

All students within the Fond du Lac School District will receive a comprehensive approach so that they are college, career and community ready. This includes rigorous academic teaching and learning as well as supporting social, emotional and mental health needs. We know that when all of these needs are met our students will be able to reach their academic potential.
